US Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders placed through Mack To The Future Arts now qualify for free shipping via USPS Ground Mail. Each order will be assigned a tracking number, allowing customers to conveniently monitor the location of their package as it travels to its destination. This new shipping policy aims to enhance the overall shopping experience for our valued customers by providing transparency and peace of mind during the delivery process.
International Shipping
Due to the increased cost of shipping outside of the US, international orders will incur an additional shipping charge. All international orders will be shipped exclusively by USPS and will include a tracking number to ensure secure delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns
Return Terms and Conditions
Returns are only permitted for regularly stocked items, such as jewelry regulars, original paintings, and art prints. Original jewelry pieces and commissions are not eligible for returns. The only exceptions to this policy are cases of damage during shipping or shipping mistakes.
