The timeline for completing commissions can vary significantly based on their size and complexity. While most commissions typically require around 7 to 10 days for detailed execution, larger or more intricate pieces may extend this timeframe. Additionally, once a commission is finished, it generally takes an additional 3 to 5 days for shipping, ensuring that each artwork is carefully prepared for delivery. Understanding these timelines helps set realistic expectations for both the artist and the client, leading to a more satisfying creative process.

In the commission process, you will have the opportunity to make edits as needed, but it's important to note that modifications become increasingly challenging as we progress. You will receive a proof of the final sketch before any ink or paint is applied, ensuring you can suggest adjustments and fine-tune details. However, as each stage advances, changes may be limited or even unfeasible, so providing feedback early is crucial to achieving your vision. Take this moment to create the perfect piece, as the window for revisions narrows with each step forward.

All commissions are final and cannot be returned, with the exception of items damaged during shipping or lost in transit. Each package is sent with tracking information, ensuring you can verify its status. Should a package arrive damaged or fail to arrive at all, please provide proof of the issue, and we will address it accordingly.
