FAQs

1. Is my order an original piece or a print of the original piece?

Items with the label "Art Print" are prints of my original paintings and are regularly reproduced on 110lb heavy cardstock paper with a satin finish and matte backing. These prints aim to capture the essence and details of the original artwork, offering a high-quality representation of the piece at a more accessible price point. On the other hand, items labeled as "Original" are unique paintings, meaning they are the sole existing version of their kind. Each original painting is hand painted on 120lb watercolor paper with meticulous attention to detail and a personal touch that makes it a one-of-a-kind piece of art.

2. What are my Art Prints printed on?

All art prints from Mack To The Future Arts are produced on 110lb heavy cardstock paper with a satin finish and matte backing. This high-quality paper stock not only enhances the colors and details of the artwork but also provides durability and a professional look. The weight of the paper makes the prints sturdy and perfect for framing, ensuring they will look great displayed on any wall. The satin finish adds a subtle shine, while the matte backing prevents any glare, making these art prints suitable for various lighting conditions and viewing angles. Displaying these prints framed or simply hanging up on the wall will instantly elevate the aesthetic of any room.

3. Is this jewelry nickel-free?

Yes! All jewelry available here is nickel-free and is either coated with silver or gold. This quality applies to all earrings, necklaces, and rings, ensuring a safe and stylish option for all customers seeking elegant accessories.

4. Where do you get your stones and gems for The Rock Garden?

All stones, gems, and crystals here at Mack To The Future Arts are sourced ethically from local businesses, such as gem mines, or found while hiking in the surrounding mountains. We prioritize supporting local businesses and ensuring that our materials are obtained through responsible and sustainable practices. By choosing to work with suppliers who align with our values, we can offer our customers beautiful pieces with the peace of mind that they have been sourced conscientiously and with care for both the environment and the community.

5. What happens if my package is lost in the mail?

If your package is lost in the mail, a new order will be shipped within 5-7 days upon notification of the package being lost. If the order is lost twice, your order will be cancelled and a refund will not be offered. If your order is lost twice it is likely due to a consumer error with shipping addresses or not being able to receive envelopes to the listed address.

6. I didn’t like my order, can I get a refund?

I recommend reading through the Shipping & Returns page, as it will explain the process. However, refunds are limited to damage caused by shipping only on original products, such as original earrings, paintings, and commissions.

7. How long will my commission take?

On average, commissions typically take between 7 to 14 days to complete and prepare for shipping. When you order a commission from us, you can expect to be in close contact with the artist throughout the process.
